Property App Store: Smart property technology

Propertyappstore.com is an innovative property platform that brings estate agents and clients together with real-time listing technology, AI support and interactive map features. For this powerful app we developed a custom website in just four weeks — built in Next.js, Node.js and Tailwind — fully based on a supplied Figma design.

The site forms the digital storefront of the platform and includes a custom contact handling system that routes enquiries directly to email and the client’s CRM.

1. A forward-looking platform needs a convincing online experience

Property App Store focuses on progressive property professionals. The website needed to radiate that promise immediately.

Client goals: A fast, professional website that clearly explains what the platform does and encourages visitors to get in touch.

User insight: The audience consists of busy estate agents and property professionals. The site therefore needed to be clear, fast and to the point — without noise.

2. Pixel-perfect from Figma to front end

The client supplied a sharp Figma design, which we translated carefully into a responsive, production-ready website.

Design-to-code: We rebuilt the full design in Next.js + Tailwind CSS, with smooth animations, consistent spacing and a modern look and feel.

Responsiveness: Optimised for mobile and desktop, with an emphasis on clarity and conversion.

3. Contact enquiries straight to email and CRM

Alongside the front end we built a custom contact handling system, tuned to the sales team’s workflow.

Functionality:

  • Automatic routing of enquiries to email and CRM

  • Including tagging, timestamps and tracking support

  • GDPR-ready, prepared for integration with marketing automation tools

4. From design to a platform that converts

The site went live within four weeks — ready for demo requests, advertising and growth.

Tech stack:

  • Frontend: Next.js

  • Backend: Node.js (contact logic)

  • Styling: Tailwind CSS

Delivery: Delivered in Git, including documentation and handover for the client’s internal development team.

Result

Propertyappstore.com is not a standard template site, but a sharply designed, purpose-built presentation of a high-tech platform. The website communicates clearly, loads extremely fast and connects contact enquiries directly to the sales process. Exactly what fits a tech company that wants to transform property.

What we delivered

  • Full Next.js website from Figma in four weeks
  • Responsive UI focused on speed and conversion
  • Custom contact handling to email and CRM
  • Tagging, timestamps and tracking support
  • Git delivery with documentation for the internal team

Why this project works

Estate agents have no time for noise. That is why the site is to the point: what the platform does, why it matters, and how you book a demo or conversation. Technology and sales flow sit in the same solution from day one.

What was the brief?

This case needed more than a pretty homepage. Visitors must understand the offer, build trust and take a concrete next step.

Why this approach?

We chose the stack on goals: speed, editing and scale. Framer, WordPress or Next.js — always tied to conversion.

  • Goals and audience first
  • A stack that fits editing and growth
  • Measurable CTAs after launch

How do we measure results?

Strategy, design and development in one trajectory. After launch we measure what works and adjust with content, SEO or ads.
